God Hears, God Remembers, God Sees, God Knows
Pastor Andrew walked us through Exodus 1-2, revealing how God remains faithful even when suffering overwhelms us, enemies seem strong, and His deliverance appears hidden. We witnessed Israel's brutal enslavement under Pharaoh's cruel regime and saw how God was orchestrating His purposes through seemingly ordinary people and circumstances. From Hebrew midwives who feared God more than Pharaoh, to Moses' mother who placed her son in an ark of faith on the Nile, to God's providential preservation of the future deliverer in Pharaoh's own household—every detail reminds us that God's promises are never stopped by uncomfortable places. The chapter closes with four profound statements: God heard their groaning, God remembered His covenant, God saw His people, and God knew their condition. These declarations assure us that even when deliverance seems delayed, God is already working on our behalf, often long before we even cry out.
